What is Living in JAPAN JOBS?

First, register as a member free of charge!
STEP1Create an account
If you click the <Register for FREE> button, the account creation screen, on which “You are invited by Living in JAPAN (WEBMO). ” is displayed. (There is a button to switch the language at the bottom of the screen.)
Enter your name, email address and password, and click the <Register> button after agreeing to the Terms and Conditions.
STEP2Login
The “Login Form For Job Seekers” shall be opened when registration is complete. Login in with the email address and your password you just registered. If you close your browser by mistake, you can access via “Click here for the login form”.
STEP3Editing your profile
After logging in, open the “Profile” screen (Click the icon on the top right to change the language)
Click the <Edit> button on the bottom of the screen to move to the Profile edit screen.
Screening shall be carried out based on your profile. Be sure to fill out not only your academic history and skills etc., but also the other items as fully as possible.
Finally, make sure you click the <Save> button (It is possible to save in the middle of input).
※We highly recommend to fill out your profile in Japanese.
English is be accepted but it could be a disadvantage in the screening process.
There may be a possibility that the hiring company would ask for an additional CV/resume.
Applying for jobs
STEP1Search for available jobs
When applying for a job listed in the JOB LIST, please send the “Job ID” and the registered name and email address by email or Facebook Messenger.
STEP2Screening
We will contact you if we receive word from companies that you have passed the screening process. The method of screening after that may differ, including interviews or tests.
STEP3Unofficial offer
We will continue to provide firm support even after you receive the unofficial offer. Please consult with us to rid yourself of all anxieties related to finding work.
Wait for an offer
STEP1Send us “Request offer”
You can wait to receive offers from companies who have seen your member registration profile. Include “Request offer” in your email or Facebook messenger, and send the name or email address you used when registering as a member.
STEP2Screening
We shall contact you if you receive an offer from a company. Then you can decide whether to accept the offer or not. The method of screening after that may differ, depending on the company, such as interviews or tests etc.
STEP3Unofficial offer
We will continue to provide firm support even after you receive the unofficial offer. Please consult with us to rid yourself of all anxieties related to finding work.
